El profesor Hawkins revela que los Monstruos de Duelo se originaron en la perdida Atlántida, muchos años antes que en el antiguo Egipto. Los tres motociclistas, llamados Rafael, Valon y Alister, le entregan los tres Dioses Egipcios a su amo, Dartz, quien ofrece el poder de los tres dioses a la bestia Leviatám. Por otra parte, "Chica Maga Oscura" se comunica con Yugi y el faraón para revelarles todo acerca de la bestia y la forma de detenerla. Para ello, Yugi libera a uno de los tres Dragones Legendarios, llamado "El Ojo de Timaeus", con el cual logra detener temporalmente a la bestia.
