El Command Wolf está herido de muerte, y Irvine le hace compañía en sus últimos momentos de vida. Mientras tanto, el Dr. D presenta un nuevo zoid, el Lightning Saix. Sin embargo durante una prueba fallida, queda dañado el banco de memoria de su Zoid Core, quedando inutilizable. Por otra parte, la única forma de rescatar al Command Wolf es transplantar su banco de memoria al Lightning Saix. Mientras esto sucede, la presidenta Louise, que se dirigía a una reunión de representantes de las naciones, es secuestrada y puesta dentro de un grupo de zoids dirigidos a atacar a Rudolph. Es entonces cuando Irvine, dentro de su nuevo zoids logra un exitoso rescate.
