Raven y Lise llegan hasta la guarida de Proitzen (quien ahora se hace llamar Dark Kaiser) para recuperar a Shadow, sin embargo, Shadow ya no reconoce a Raven. En el campo de batalla, Ambient aparece y revive al Death Stinger, aunque ahora su nivel de poder es menor al anterior. Hiltz destruye el suelo que se encuentra bajo los pies del Ultrasaurus, estancándolo, y haciendo que las tropas que se encontraban dentro ya no puedan salir a luchar, por lo que todo queda en manos de Bang y Irvine, además de Fine que transporta al Dibison de Thomas dañado. Al final de la batalla, Hiltz anuncia que pronto todos serán destruidos por el Zoid EVE. Luego Hiltz, el Death Stinger y Fine se desvanecen misteriosamente.
