Luego de luchar contra unos Molga del Imperio, llegan hasta un valle donde actúa el “Rare Hertz”, una onda que altera el sistema de control de los Zoids, por lo que Sieg se vuelve agresivo y ataca a Gustav y a Command Wolf, toma posesión de Shield Liger y escapa. Bang va a buscarlo y al encontrarlo, trata de que hablar con él. Sieg es incapaz de dañarlo y escapa hasta un acantilado, y al retroceder cae, pero Bang logra atraparlo. El cuerpo de Bang cede, y justo cuando ambos caen por el acantilado Sieg logra liberarse del Rare Hertz y volar, salvándose ambos.
